According to the Daily Mirror, Manchester City are preparing for life after David Silva, and they see Philippe Coutinho as the perfect heir to the Spaniard's place in the club.Silva may turn 30 in January, but he still has three-plus years remaining on his contract. Those details coupled with City's £104 million summer outlay on Raheem Sterling -- who was also brought in from Anfield -- and Kevin De Bruyne make it difficult to imagine where Coutinho could fit into the Mancunian side.
