Funke Akindele is actually 39 today, not 40.  She clarified this on Instagram moments ago.

She posted a photo of herself rocking sneakers (pictured above) and also showed off her ring.

Also, OAP Freeze has confirmed that the actress is indeed married by saying "God gave you love as a birthday present".
