Hello,
How have you been? It was the last day of school, everyone promised to stay in touch. Then, life happened and friends became names in contact list.
How much I miss the good old days of friendship and copied assignments. How much I miss the good old days when I thought of Jordan Pebbles Green and other Day Students as lucky because they ate so much food back at home; I never knew they fetched water from the borehole at the low-cost housing estate everyday.
How much I miss my late father who visited me back then in Federal Government College Okigwe every last Saturday of the month, with lots of goodies to share with friends which I never did.
How much I hated french classes back then, when that short French teacher would hit my head with his polished short cane, which he kept in his bag all year long, how much I wish his bag got lost so the cane could get lost as well.
How much I envied Ogueri Uzoma back in the days when he was as tinny as Yar'Adua and was contented with all he had (he never begged or gave anyone even a spoon of Milk), now he is a Captain in the Nigerian Army.
You need to remeber how fat and dumb Ifeanyi Orajiaka was back then, yesterday I saw him on TV when he bagged the Future Awards Africa Prize for Business.

It was the last day of school, everyone promised to stay in touch. What a great reunion its going to be, after 11 years of leaving high school. Boys have grown into gods, girls into goddesses, victorious in life and shall become legends upon the sands of time, watered by hard work and perseverance.
As we come together on the 30th December, 2016, let us move from clouded past and turn eyes towards pressing future. We belong to the future.
From far and near we come to thee, The Federal Government College Okigwe Great potter of mind and body.
Nwakaudu Ifeanyi.
Wisdom/Peace House.
