Nigerian male barbie and bleaching expert, Idris Okuneye popularly known as Bobrisky was spotted by a number of people in public and photos were shared on social media.
One of those who spotted Bobrisky was Director-General, Bureau of Public Service Reforms, Dr. Joe Abbah, who shared photos of Bobriskky which showed his hands looking darker than his body.
