The much publicized wedding of former President Olusegun Obasanjo’s son, Olajuwonlo and the daughter of Sir Kensington Adebutu alias Baba Ijebu, Temitope, took place yesterday at the Eko Hotel and Suites.
Expectedly it was attended by the rich and famous: the likes of Ambassador Walter Carrington and his wife Dr (Mrs) Arese Carrington, the Ooni of Ife Oba Enitan Ogunwusi, former PDP chieftain Chief Olabode George, the Governor of Ondo State, Mr Rotimi Akeredolu and Dr Doyin Okupe and many others turned to celebrate with OBJ and Baba Ijebu.
Conspicuously missing however was the mother of the groom who had promised to stage a protest at the venue of the wedding to stop it from happening. //
