Jyoti and Kiran Matharoo have accused Femi Otedola and the Nigerian Police of intimidation and victimisation, taunting them that they won’t step foot on Nigerian soil and accusing their well-connected friends of abandoning them during their ordeal.
In several interviews in Canada, the sisters accused the Police of being manipulated by Otedola who was desperate to pin the blog, naijagistlive, on them.
They claimed they were deceived into apologising and signing an undertaking in exchange for freedom.
The siblings of Indian descent distanced themselves from the blog created on December 21, 2015. And lampooned their arrest as abduction.
In their rants, they labelled their well-connected friends as cowards who didn’t want to have anything to do with them during the tribulation.
Boasting and gloating, contradicting themselves, yet threatening to have dossiers, they denied blackmailing anyone nor being in possession of naked pictures of high net worth Nigerians.
