A Nigerian woman, Ranti Daudu, has died after allegedly suffering domestic violence for 28 years.
Chidi Odinkalu, the former head of National Human Rights Commission, took to Twitter to post her picture.
According to Odinkalu, the woman is her sister and she died July 6, in Kaduna.
The late Ranti Daudu was wife to the former President of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Joseph Daudu (SAN).
The late Ranti was said to have lost her life at a hospital in Kaduna after suffering a heart attack.
