Nollywood actor, Emeka Ike who separated from his wife, Emma, on  March 2nd, 2017, over incessant battery, has dedicated an award he won to those who died through domestic violence!

Sharing the photo, he wrote:

Baba GOD, today im celebrated a GOLDEN LIVING LEGEND... How could this be without YOU perfecting me? I return all the glory to YOU and dedicate this award to all the loving men and women, who DIED in the hands of their beloved spouses, people they loved not knowing their wicked intents. May u find eternal rest... amen... OPE o , ORI YOMI...

Recall that Emeka Ike's ex-wife, Emma told the Lagos Island court that dissolved their marriage that her husband had been physically and verbally abusing her all through the duration of their marriage.

“My husband treated me like nobody and throughout this divorce tussle; he had denied me access to my children. He does not allow them to pick my call as he keeps changing their numbers,” she said.
“The last time I heard my first son’s voice was when he was sick and about to undergo surgery. It was a friend who informed me that my son was in the hospital and I called Emeka asking him for the location of the hospital but he refused to disclose that,” Emma said.
