Zonal Police P.R.O, SP Dolapo Badmus has reacted to the viral report that DJ Olu and his friend Chime died of drug overdose, she reacted to the report with a released statement and debunked the report as she said the autopsy result is not yet out. She also disclosed that only Tagbo Umeike’s autopsy result, and that it will be made public soon.
She wrote;
“But why all these rumours that Olu Abiodun and Chime Amaechi died of drug overdose? The commissioner of Police Lagos State command CP Imohimi Edgar never revealed that the two friends died as a result of overdose! The command is awaiting the result of the autopsy and investigation is ongoing! Let’s avoid peddling stories that are not confirmed especially when people have lost their lives. Only Tagbo’s autopsy just returned.
