Coming after a graduate of Olabisi Onabanjo University (OOU), Tolulope Alausa, who had 4 months left in his NYSC, was reportedly killed by a stray bullet in Akwa Ibom State, a little boy sleeping in their home has also been killed by a stray bullet.

The little boy was reported to have been sleeping in their home in Maiduguri before been injured by a stray bullet which penetrated the roof, after it was fired by a Soldier.

It was also in the news recently that Mfoniso Umoh, a first class graduate of Marine Engineering and an NYSC member serving in Port harcourt, Rivers State, was also killed by a stray bullet from unknown gunmen who attacked and killed many, including policemen, along Peter odili Road, on Monday, 8th of January, 2018.

Late Umoh, graduated from the Arab Academy of Maritime Transport, in March, 2017. According to his friends who are unhappy with the silence of NYSC and the Rivers State state government on the incident, Umoh was a hound man with a very bright future.
