A Nigerian man has narrated how a bride had her wedding in a wheelchair. The man, who attended the wedding, said she was hit bit a truck a day before the event which led to her suffering multiple fractures. However, that accident didn’t douse the love she shared with her man neither did it prevent the wedding event from taking place. In the pictures shared, the bride can be seen on her wedding dress seated beside the groom at the hospital were she was getting treatments. The union took place at the same venue with people who came for treatment ending up as guests at her wedding.

”Love in the strangest of times and places.

Today is their wedding day. Yesterday a truck driver hit the bride and broke her legs. Diagnosis suggests multiple fracture. It didn’t break their spirits neither did it reduce the love.
Today, I was at the waiting area of the GOPD where the management of the BSU Teaching Hospital permitted us to hold the wedding ceremony. She was wheeled down in her gown to the venue and it was glorious. Folks who ordinarily came to seek treatment became wedding guests in pleasant astonishment. Her fellow patients had fun, ate food and shared her wedding cake with her.
